Northcote Services Ltd completed a comprehensive office refurbishment in Aberdeen, transforming an existing management suite into a modern, functional and collaborative working environment.
Working closely with the project designer, Northcote managed the refurbishment from the initial strip-out through to the installation and finishing works.
The existing flooring, suspended ceiling, demountable partitions and furniture were removed to prepare the management suite for its new layout. The refurbished space incorporated new flooring and ceilings alongside fully glazed office partitions and doors, creating a brighter and more contemporary working environment.
A new kitchenette and tea point were also installed, together with a dedicated meeting and collaboration zone. This area featured bespoke tiered bench seating and a curved glazed wall and partition, creating a distinctive focal point within the completed office.
